Mark and Katherine Hoey would like to extend a warm welcome to you as you begin your adventure of owning a holiday home.

A lifestyle choice that you will be able to enjoy for many years to come on our beautiful park set in such a spectacular area of The West Coast of Scotland.

Here is a selection of our caravans which are recent arrivals and are ready for sale. At highly competitive prices.

All our prices are dependent on the year and condition of the home. All caravans on site are rigorously checked and inspected by the owner who has over 25 years in the trade of buying and selling of caravans.

All vans that are purchased at Monreith Sands are set on a solid concrete pitch on which the caravan will be steady and secure. There is also a hard gravel car space to the right or the front. The vans are all tied down with chains at the front and rear and are checked for all levels ensuring that they are all stable before moving in.

Having owned a holiday home at Monreith Sands Park for 9 months it is everything that we could have wished for and more. Mark, the park owner gave us his expertise and excellent service right from the start and his staff are very helpful and friendly. The location could not be better, just a short walk to the villages and beach with its beautiful scenery. We also enjoy the golf courses and there are plenty of places where you can have a nice meal. We look forward to many happy years at Monreith Sands.

Real hidden gem of a holiday park, which we return to time and time again. Amazing views, fresh air, excellent location. Plenty to do around the village and local areas. We found lots of interesting places to take the kids for days out, but they were just as happy playing on the beach, we even went in the sea one day. It wasn’t too cold. The park has had a lot of improvements made recently. The owners are very helpful.

Hired a static home for a few days and had a top golfing holiday with some friends, we played all the local courses. Our favourite one was St Medans. We had food and drinks there too the clubhouse is friendly and prices are good. Did some fishing but didn’t catch anything. We had a few days just relaxing and enjoying the fresh air will be back later in the summer and seriously considering buying now that I have seen everything this place has to offer.

We own a Willerby static at Monreith Sands Holiday Park, it is our little escape place. Easy access from the North of England we can be there in in just a couple of hours. We spend weekends and holidays exploring the coast, we let friends use it on occasion. The park is well kept, tidy and recently had some upgrades to it. Our static is nice and cosy, perfect for relaxing.
